Role Description:

We are looking for an energetic and quality-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Associate Consultant Intern. The successful candidate will be provided with international working environment and reasonable payment. We also offer the opportunity and the platform for you to practice creative ideas in a comfortable atmosphere.

•        Actively look for quality candidates for database enrichment.
•        Conduct phone / face-to-face interview based on structured Technical / Behavior questionnaires
•        Introduce appropriate job orders to candidates.
•        Update system on a timely manner in regarding to candidates' career history, skills, interview comments etc.
•        Follow-up candidates' offer negotiation, offer signing, and on-boarding.
•        Work with Senior Consultants closely; introduce appropriate positions to interviewed candidates.
•        Follow up candidates who are presented to clients for the whole recruitment process. Prepare candidates well before their interviews with client. Provide support in offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding.
•        Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached.
•        Database management: updating, segmenting, and uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database.
•        Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing.

Qualification Description:

•        Good interpersonal communication skill and good presentation skill
•        Down to earth, hard working, responsible and careful
•        Can work under pressure, have the sense of deadline, mature and result driven
•        Logical thinking and good understanding
•        Passion for recruitment and related industry
•        Good command of English, both written and oral
•        Sales experience in telecom / IT (without recruitment exp) is also highly appreciated.

职位描述：

1.        协助顾问收集目标行业的客户信息，分析研究客户的要求，提供客户有价值的服务；
2.        根据职位需求从各种渠道筛选合适的候选人，协助猎头顾问进行简历的筛选、电话沟通及面试筛选；
3.        收集潜在候选人的简历，协助猎头顾问进行相关侯选人资料的收集、分类、整理；
4.        协助顾问联络候选人，安排候选人面试；
5.        协助顾问进行业务市场的拓展，了解客户需求（职位信息），达成委托招聘协议，并维护良好的客户关系；
6.        与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通，及时获取并准确，有效的传递双方的反馈信息；
7.        协助顾问完成业绩指标，有效执行顾问的工作安排。

任职资格：

•        优秀的沟通和表达能力；
•        性格开朗，有良好的职业道德和责任心；
•        信息敏感度、学习能力强，具有优秀的团队合作精神；
•        具有良好的应变能力，学习能力强；
•        熟练操作office办公软件；
•        普通话流利，具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
•        一周最少工作4天且能持续工作3个月及以上。
